I took my car to them in January; they said it would take a week, but it took 3 weeks before I got it back. A month later, all the transmission fluid sprayed out under the car and I had to tow it to a transmission shop. A hose had not been connected tightly, resulting in loss of the transmission fluid. Two months later, all of the oil drained out of the engine when the main seal broke. I had it towed back to JC Auto, there they took 12 days to replace the main seal. When I got it back, an AT oil warning light was blinking and the car would not shift through the high gears. The foreman explained that they had run diagnostics on it and determined that a solenoid was bad. Back to the transmission shop I went, where they found that someone at JCís shop had placed a jack under the transmission and physically broke the solenoid. When I took the $660 transmission bill back to JC Auto, along with the broken solenoid, I was told that they didnít really care about customer service. I also discovered that I now had an AC Freon leak and spent another $200 to get that fixed. Avoid this shop!
