After a bad experience last summer we gave Wagsworth another chance. Last summer our dog was returned cut and bleeding and we were yelled at by a staff member when we tried to say we thought we were over charged/didn't understand our bill. In a bind we went back recently for one night, thinking it might have just been a bad stay. This time when we picked up our dog we were told that since he bit a dog last time he was isolated! When we asked why were were never told about it the MANAGER GINGER said it must have slipped their minds. When we got home and looked at his paper work from last time it said he was a HAPPY SOCIAL DOG WHO ENJOYED PLAYING WITH ALL THE OTHER DOGS. Hmm seems like these people need to get their act together. We won't go back again. The best place to go is Oscars in Greenfield.

Wow, I'm surprised to hear that. I have only had positive experiences with Wagsworth. I have left my dogs there over a dozen times, once for two weeks. The staff cared for them as if they were their own and emailed me every day to tell me how my guys were doing. I would be very surprised if the owner refused to take responsibility for something or submit it to her insurance; that would be very out of character based on my experience.
