The absolute worst food I ever had in my entire life. This place is a huge joke. The chef is a bumbling idiot. The service was missing and they charged us for an extra bottle of wine that we didn't even order. That being said, my food was tasteless, salty and Luke warm. My wife's dinner steak was so raw that it had to be sent back twice. We even saw the owner /chef roll his eyes when I complained about the steak. Bottom line.....stay away and spend your money on food that you could eat. This place is a huge joke.

Let me preface my review with one thought. Take all your money out of your pockets, but it in a blender, add ragu tomato sauce, and eat it after it becomes a gravy. That's what you are in for at this horrible attempt at an Italian diner. By putting the letter e at the end of the word restaurant should not give one the illusion of fine dining. The letter e belongs at the end of the word "Horrible" which is the true definition of this northern Italian slop house. There is so much butter in the food you become queasy during dinner. My dinner date noticed the chef picking his nose and not washing his hands. There was a kinky little hair in my mash potatoes and when I sent it back, they scooped it out with a spoon and brought it back to the table. No apologies. All in all, it was a terrible experience....never will we return. Betternoffnin a soup kitchen.

I am surprised at the horrible reviews of this small but fabulous restaurant. The food is not uneatable - in fact - it is amazingly excellent. You even have the added bonus of having enough to take home to enjoy another time. The restaurant has a huge following and you can not even get a table on Friday or Saturday night. That is the true test of a restaurant. Chianti's will always be my favorite and Chef Paul too!!
