THE JERFOFF WHO RUNS THIS SHOW STARTED BY OREDRING THE WRONG WINDOW AND SHOWING UP TELLING ME THAT I TOLD THIS AND IT WAS THE OTHER, WHEN I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT I TOLD HIM THAT IT WAS THE RRIVER SIDE WINDOW TAH NEEDED REPAIR. THE NEXT DAY WHEN HE SAYS HE'LL CALL ME ON THE WAY, HE INSTEAD CALLS WHEN HE HAS ALREADY ARRIVED...NOW WHY DO PEOPLE CALL WHEN THEY ARE ONE THERE WAY?, SO THAT ONE CAN BE PRAPRD. AS I WAS NOT PREPARED TO MEET HIM IMMEDIATELY @ 7:3O AM...I WAS DISPLEASED TO SEE THAT HE WAS GONE BY 7:45 WHEN I ARRIVED DOWNSTAIRS TO MEET HIM. WHEN I CALLED TO SEE WHERE HE WAS, I WAS INFORMED THAT HE HAD MORE IMPORTANT CUSTOMERS TO HELP AND COULD NOT WAIT FOR ME...THEN HUNG UP THE PHONE.
THEN IREALIZED THAT HE HAD HELPED HIMSELF INTO A RESTRICTED GARAGE AND REMOVED THE TEMPORARY REPAIR (PLASTIC AND DUCT TAPE) THAT HAD BEEN KEEPING THE ELEMENTS OUT...OH AND NOT REPLACED IT
SO I CALLED BACK AND HE SAID YEAH SORRY...BYE...
WOW!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER..NOW I HAVE TO HOPE THAT A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY IN TACOMA CAN REPAIR IT IMMEDIATELY OR SEND MY COLLEGE AGED GIRLFRIEND BACK DOWN TE ROAD TODAY WITH NO WINDOW AND NOW SECURITY...NICE WORK MATT @ BLUE RIBBON

I called Blue Ribbon auto glass to find a new windshield for my husband's truck and they were great not only were they nice but they came out to our house and put it in. I was surprising my husband and they were great in helping me with that. I would recamend them to anyone looking for this type of service, I will deffently use this company again and am just so happy with my service and how fast they got the windshield and put it in. Thank you so much...

On Thursday 01/21/2010 I arrived at Mr. Hartman's residence at our mutually agreed upon appointment time of 7:30am. I called Mr. Hartman when I arrived to let him know I was there. Mr. Hartman stated "I will be right down". The garage door to his apartment building was open so I pulled inside and started a vehicle pre-inspection report. This report is customary and used by all reputable glass companies to note any existing damage to the vehicle prior to work being done.(The plastic and tape must be removed to perform this important task.) At 7:45am Mr. Hartman had still not come to his vehicle. I phoned him first (no answer) and left a message to let him know I was still waiting, then phoned his girlfriend (no answer) with the same response. At 8:00am and still no Mr. Hartman or girlfriend, I left for my next scheduled appointment. Mr. Hartman calls at 8:01am to ask where I am. I explained to him that we attempted to service his vehicle in a timely manner but, also had other pre-sheduled customers to help and must leave to make our next appointment on time. With all that having been said, we would love to have rescheduled Mr. Hartman's service. However, Mr. Hartman's response to my explanation was met with profanity and threats. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is abusive,rude,threatening or unreasonable. At Blue Ribbon Auto Glass we treat every customer as an equal.
