More about Brenner School Of Real Estate
• Real Estate LicensingThe learning facility, that is now known as BRENNER SCHOOL of Real Estate, was founded in 1979, originally in Latham, NY, and soon thereafter settled in the hamlet of Burnt Hills, which has been its home ever since. Most would recognize our former name: JOIN Real Estate Schools, Inc. Many would refer to the institution as "Brenner's School" (after the name of our primary instructor). Therefore, it was decided to update the school name to one more recognizable. In September of 2003, we became the BRENNER SCHOOL of Real Estate.
GEORGE E. BRENNER, Jr., the driving force behind this established source of real estate education, has been a major influence in real estate related matters in this region since 1963. He has served many roles in the organizational aspect of the real estate business, beginning as a company manager when he was first licensed. The real estate firm that he started with grew from one office to six offices during his nine-year watch. Mr. Brenner formed and operated his own real estate brokerage business, Brenner Realty, from 1972 until he made a commitment to real estate education by acquiring the ownership interest in this school in 1986. He has been the primary instructor for our institution since its inception and now serves not only as instructor, but also as course coordinator, program developer, and school president.
