I had a horrible experience, which is a shame ~ this place came highly recommended. I brought in two pairs of boots for repairs, and was quoted a high price ~ but I felt that given the recommendations from friends, it would be worth it. I was told that the work would be completed within a week to 10 days. Unfortunately, I called 3 weeks later ~ and the owner admitted to losing/forgetting the order. After repeated calls to try and determine if the work was actually going to be completed at all ~ the boots were finally done, one month after I dropped them off. The owner tried to tell me I had only given them to him the week before (I was out of town - physically impossible) then gave me 2 different stories as to why the work took so long to complete. I paid the ridiculously high price, and left knowing that I will never go there again. Poor customer service, poor organization on the part of the owner, and incredibly slow work.
