Monmouth County Divorce Law

Both Vincent C. DeLuca, Esquire and Gina J. Ravaschiere, Esquire have been previously employed at the Monmouth County Court House as judicial law clerks and have been handling cases in Monmouth County for in excess of 18 years.

The legal divorce process starts with a "Complaint for Divorce" being filed with the Superior Court. Although sometimes "uncontested", the other spouse is then served with the complaint and given time to respond. Sometimes this is a surprise, and you want to protect yourself, your property & your children. Our attorneys want to make sure you understand and are in agreement with all demands that have been made, while helping advocate for your requests.

Divorces involve the allocation of all the marital assets so it is very important that you are adequately informed of your rights prior to agreeing to any type of proposed settlement.

NJ Collaborative Divorce

Collaborative Divorce helps families resolve divorce issues with dignity and respect. In the collaborative process, husbands, wives, their attorneys, and any other collaborative professionals retained to work with the family employ a methodology that avoids contentious and expensive court proceedings.

There are advantages and disadvantages to this process, read our collaborative Law FAQ's
