Attention HOA’s and Property Managers – BEWARE of this contractors exterior painting services. My HOA hired him to paint the exterior trim and white painted surfaces in my townhome community. He did an absolute AMATEUR painting job. Issues include: crooked edge lines, paint on the brick and siding, paint drips on the brick and concrete side walk; paint drips on windows and storm doors, Pint brush hairs dried in the paint. He made ABSOLUTELY no attempt to clean up these issues. He also did not clean up paint spill areas on the grass or in flower beds. I also question the material he used. He quoted the HOA for Duran or Sherwin Williams paint but the coating seams to be rather thin for being such a premium paint.
