Your Local Leasing Company is extremely professional and keeps me in the loop for every property that I own and use them for. I was uncertain at first about allowing a property manager to watch my biggest asset, but I was reassured that they would take top care of my property. They have met all of my expectations and treat my properties like they are their own. I highly recommend this organization to everyone if you are looking for a wonderful Property Management Company

As a renter through them they are horrible! If anything at best they drive quality tenants away. They have changed their location three times, and fail to contact you about any changes in address so if you are on top of your rent and have it automatically withdrawn from your banking account each month, your rent will be sent to the wrong address and late. They will tell you you owe 2 months rent instead of one, Im assuming so that they can squeeze and extras month rent out of you, and then slap an eviction notice up on your door unbeknownst to the renter. You will then have to rearrange your busy day in order to drive a check over to what you hope is the leasing office, unless it has once again changed within a period of 2 months. Instead of having direct contact with leasers they ask you to call a hotline, which is just the leasing offices answering machine and rarely get back to you on any situation. The whole basis of this company is to squeeze as much money out of renters as possible in order to pocket a little more profit on their end. If you are looking for a good leasing company to manage your units, please do NOT choose this one unless you want lousy tenants.
