Bella Vita Salon & Day Spa

I was driving down the road for lunch last week & caught an ad for this salon on the radio & decided to go & check it out. I was greeted by a very friendly owner who took the time to answer all of my questions even though she was busy. I made an appointment to come back the next day & have highlights & lowlights done, and get a revitalizing facial peel done. I was welcomed with hot tea & a friendly smile. The owner-Tanya Gourd got my hair service done in a little over an hour-which for me was unbelievable because the last place I went to took 4 HOURS every time I went?? Not only that- my hair looks 10 times better now, and cost me less.... The facial peel service took about 20 minutes, and tingled slightly (which it is supposed to), and was very refreshing. The salon isn't like the other salons I have been to with the "hurry up & wait" feel. It is set up very well, and was very calming. Tanya sent me home with a few product samples, and I scheduled my "maintenance" appointment to come back again in 4 weeks! The prices there were extremely reasonable, and she offers a variety of spa services also. I look forward to getting an anti-aging facial next week, and having her do my makeup!! I highly recommend her, and the salon is beautiful!(Note: for all those with kids- she is doing back to school haircuts through the end of August for kids up to 12th grade for only $10!)-you can't beat that.....

I had the pleasure of making my 1st appointment a few weeks ago with Tanya @ Bella Vita Salon for a hair color, cut, & style! I was SO happy to see her picture in the paper. I have been a regular client of hers at another local salon, and when she left, was unable to find her- or get someone to tell me where she had moved to. I had let another girl do my hair, and was mortified. At that point I was ready to head back to Wichita to get my hair done, until I saw the paper.I was so relieved to have her finally get my hair back into shape, and to see her friendly face again. She really pays attention to detail,and actually listens to "what I want", and offers other choices if she feels I need a change! The prices are reasonable, especially for how much is included in each service, not to mention her extensive training. Getting the look I want, and having an overall pleasant experience that makes me look forward to coming back next time is priceless. She has made a client for life!

The Big Brothers/Big Sisters program needs your help! There is a waiting list of children in need of a "big".
