Archer's is also a registered NAPA AutoCare Center, using only premium parts while belonging to a national network of independently-operated facilities. Furthermore, we have become a AAA Approved Auto Repair Center. This status is given only to elite repair shops around the country, and we are honored to be the only approved facility in Myrtle Beach. Our technicians are ASE-certified and have over 100 years combined experience in the industry. These affiliations allow us the flexibility to operate as a local business while giving our customers a much-deserved level of comfort in our services.
Our shop is the largest independent repair facility in the area with 14 service bays in two adjacent buildings. Our goal is to provide "same-day service", even on emergency repairs without a prior appointment. You will find that there is no problem too large or small for Archers to handle. I went to Archer for service and asked to have my brakes checked--I was assured they were fine. About two months later the brake light came on and I returned to Archer; they assured me it was a minor adjustment to a caliper. I told them I was driving up north and wanted to make sure the car was safe. 500 miles later the front brakes went out and I had to have emergency repairs. The mechanic also said the rear brakes were leaking. Fortunately I did not have an accident, but I can't understand how Archer's missed the problem. I wouldn't even give them one star.

I am sorry this customer feels this way. If I had a name I could adress the problem and rectify it. We strive to satisfy our customers, we carry a 12 month, 12,000 mile nationwide warranty through Napa as we are a Napa Autocare. We employ ASE certified techs and have 3 state of the art computer information systems that allow us to repair any vehicle from high end cars to lower end vehicles, including hybrids. As a locally owned family business who relies on referals we bend over backwards to make sure our customers are satisfied. We do not claim to be perfect,I do not think anybody can, but we will do anything necessary to repair a vehicle to where it needs to be. We have been awarded Best Auto Repair in the Carolina Forest area by the readers of the CF Chronicle for years and take pride in our shop. I am a hands on owner and I am at the shop to rectify any problems. Again I am sorry if this customer was unhappy, but if I was told of a problem I could have corrected it.

We have bought our son's car to Archers on several occasions. They have always discovered the problem, and fixed it. Their repair prices are very reasonable, and we never felt we were "ripped off." We will refer all out friends there.
