Arrow Payments had most knowledgable sales people out of 5 merchant accout companies I called in the Chicago area. I had a complicated question regarding internet gateway credit card processing and most sales people from other companies had no idea what I was talking about. The sales rep at Arrow Payments was able to answer my questions and got me approved for my gateway credit card processing account in less than 48 hours.

I recently signed up for a merchant account through Arrow Payments and was pleasantly surprised by the superior level of service provided by your account representative. He was responsive, professional, patient, knowledgeable, considerate, and just an all-around nice guy. I’m in the sales business myself and I must say that your account reps take it a step above being a “typical salesperson.” His actions demonstrated his desire to establish a relationship with the customer and I’m sure this helps him to be extremely successful at his job.

I’m sure this is not the first “letter of appreciation” you’ve received regarding your reps’ level of customer service. However, it is important to me that you know how your customers feel about them.

I am very proud to be an Arrow Payments customer. My account rep was personable, reliable and knowledgeable. I was approved within 24 hours (and to say my credit isn’t the best is a vast understatement) for credit card services and electronic check withdrawals. And what’s more, I did my research and Arrow Payments is among the least expensive operations going. Thank you very much Arrow. You’ve made a big difference for my business.
