Dear Animal Lover,
We are sad to hear you feel this way. We do attempt to be professional, however there have been occasions where we may "seem" uncaring or cold-hearted. Each time this has occurred it has always been due to an owner or care-taker not wanting or unable to pay a bill after we have provided services they agreed for us to perform. I will not euthanize an animal simply because a pet owner can not afford a treatment that can easily save their pet's life. If the owner is unable to qualify for Care Credit, provide a form of payment, trade services or be referred to another veterinarian, we are put in a bad situation where we are expected to take on the financial burden of someone's pet. This is the only time I've heard people complain and usually these are first-time (& last-time) visitors. Our long-standing clients will certainly disagree with your opinion, however we will try even harder to ensure we are a loving, caring staff to your pets that strives daily to provide the best quality care possible. We are certainly sorry you feel this way and look forward to a personal conversation if you'd like to give us a call. Our critiques provide us an opportunity to improve, so if your willing to let us know what happened during your visit, it will allow us to provide better service in the future. Thanks so much for you input. Dr. Carie Wisell
