I don't get it I thought that Hugito never made a mistake lets see how this goes he took over the electric company and there is no electricity, he took over the water plants and there is no water, I seem to remember a few years ago that his minister told him that there was a big need for maintenance and expancion of the infrastructure or there would be a big problem with electricity well he did as usual and did not listen to him and did nothing to avoide the problem we are having today the new electric plants are not finished or sitting idle not producing electric power, interesting. Also he was told about the coming water shortage and what needed to be done to make sure that there would be no shortage in the coming future, well the dams that were supposed to be build and the aqueducts to be able to supply water were started and after a few months they were stopped and still on pause, guess no one wanted to work so they just let it go. And now is to late to start scrambling to fix a problem that could have been fixed years before, There is a saying that says (guerra avisada no mata soldados) I guess they did not listen and put those dollars in there pockets.
My family built our homes in Altamira in the early 50's at that time since the water was scarce in the area we had tanks on top of the homes and the family got together and we also drilled a few wells into the Avila that ent a few hundred feet into the mountain so we never ran out of water and the family on the other side of the street did the same I would guess that at least 15 homes have been getting water from the Avila since then, about 5 or 6 years ago we heard about the problems with the electricity and started build our own small solar powered complex it would take care of the same 15 homes that were there from the beginning we have become a big family, and we do stick together so slowly we built our own small solar power plant and have slowly removed ourselves from the grid careful not to raise any eye brows or Hugito would come and take it over because how dare we do this and not share with him.well Hugito sorry we listen to the warnings you did not so F you.
