Im not an xtremist please! We are in the 21st Century, Rwanda can dissolve them as you suggest but i m sure Rwanda believes in diplomacy not in Violence like the Interahamwe! Diplomacy is working and the world can see! Have you seen how many have returned peacefully including the top commanders? You should instead motivate the few remaining to come home. Not so?

If the Rwandan Government believes in diplomacy they should not have killed 2 presidents and attacked their country from 1990.When the Rwandan president can tell the truth about his role in the Genocide then rebels will return. For as long as the RPA maintain they have never killed people in Rwanda, Congo,Burundi the Rwandese will neve know peace.

Why deny when its your ethnic group an be quick to accuse the other.Kagame was in the rebel army and they killed also, but the Tutsi government never wants to admit wrong, making the cries of the dead a joke.Kagame was in the army is that correct? So they never killed? Guys, you all have more to acuse and nothing shows that you not the same, so saying Hutu are killers what do Tutsi gain,nothing, making tutsi killers does not benefit Hutu either. one important thing is unity we all have resiponsabilitie in our relationship and we are all responsilbe of our own action. Tutsi will pays what they did regadless of theIR therm of innocent so it will be for Hutu who did Wrong. as for those who are in DRC ONLY GOD KNOWS BUT EVERY THING HAPPENS FOR REASON GIVE IT TIME and we gonna see. be blessed all.
