Philippines' Mayon volcano spews ash, could erupt

Scientists say the cone-shaped Mayon volcano in the central Philippines has shot an ash plume into the air and are advising nearby residents to be ready to move in case of eruption.

Go Blue,

Yes I was down there two months ago hoping to catch the eruption. Its hard to time these things to get photo and video. I camped out on Lignon Hill for 5 days and only got smoke. If I left now nothing would happen and I cant stay for months at a time there. Caught the last eruption though.

Even if I was there it might erupt while Im taking a shower and miss a pyroclastic flow.
