Unfortunately, it is innocent civilians who are getting killed instead of the culprit ISI officers who went to bed with jihadi militants.

the whole world knows that isi cannot be relied upon. they have their own agenda and are not under the control of govt of pakistan. the isi is the real enemy of pakistanis who created the terror groups for their own interest and have been helping them though the militants have been killing ordinary pakistanis every day. even the soldiers of pak army have been killed while fighting militant. but all the so called operations are just eye wash and isi would always try them to save terror groups to use them in future against all the civilized states like india, usa, uk, china.
