It is problem that there is civil war, crime against humanity backed by own government and militaries for money from usa to private pockets. Chaos, anarchy, war crimes and crime against humanity and of course one big poverty, social unjustice thanks to corrupt, criminal guys who rule there and thatīs why this whole insurgency there.
