Truth behind the figures

Just wanted to bring your attention to the infant mortality figure. In the United States, we count a birth as a birth, even if the baby is born premature or smaller than desired. Many European countries get better infant morality rates becuase they do not count premature babies, small babies, or babies with health issues as ever being born at all...so they are never even counted.
