KOTA KINABALU: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak said he will not intervene in MCA's internal problems unless he receives a clear invitation from the party to do so.

Najib should intervene as he is the BN chairman and MCA is a component of BN. MCA seems to be unable to settle thier problem without Najib's intervention.

u think so?
i think najib is doing the right thing. it's MCA's internal problem. let them solve their problem first, but when they can't handle it no more, then only will najib intervene

Now they cant handle their problem anymore, although they have tried in various ways. They just need someone to intervene and the appropriate person is the BN chairman. It is MCA's internal problem now, but it may become BN's problem if is not solved soon.

well, maybe yes. but my main concern is if najib intervenes, what will be the perception of the chinese community on MCA about this? as if MCA is so weak it needs outside intervention.

Doubtful if MCA can solve the crisis. Everybody wants to outsmart one another.
