But what happen to those who finally got their citizenship after their death.? They were burried as non-Malaysian and after spending a few years in hell, their application for citizenship approved for some reason.

I think those who are lucky and now in heaven, dont need the Mal citizenship, they have got a better citizenship. The problem is with those are in hell, they surely want to be dug from their grave, live once more and become good Malaysian before passing away for the second time.
