Anybody can comment about Malaysian politic.
That is what democrazy is all about.
In the very end, ordinary Malaysian will decide who should rule.
That is if UMNO do not cheat at the poll(which they usually do).

Singapore is keeping a close eye on Malaysian politics and reporting every little details to their master(USA). Singapork may even want to influence the outcome of Malaysian politic as Badawi seems to be a weak leader and a pushover.
Singapore benefit a lot with Donkey Dollah as Malaysian PM. I bet Singaporean still have nightmare about our last PM - Mahathir.

The US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice has clearly stated that she would continue to speak out on human rights and political rights cases in Malaysia. I am glad she has made a clear stand. I must commend her. This is what I expect from USA. In 1492 Christopher Columbus lands in the Bahamas, discovering the Americas. In 1620 the Pilgrims landed on the east coast of USA and decided that they would established a community that values freedom. The Pilgrims were fleeing religious persecution in England. The Pilgrims were the first to celebrate thanksgiving in what is known today as USA; thanksgiving continues to be observed to this day in USA by eating turkey. Later in 1776 George Washington started the American War of independence. It would be untrue to state that everybody in USA was free at that time: African Americans were enslaved and women could not vote until 1920. USA has come a long way since then. In 1861, there was the civil war over slavery and in 1863 the Emancipation Proclamation was made. By 1919 the Nineteenth Amendment gave women the right to vote. In 1954 Brown v. Board of Education of Topeka, Kans.: Landmark Supreme Court decision the court ruled that racial segregation in schools as unconstitutional. Yes, USA has come a long way. There is no going back to the USA of yesteryears. We have to move forward. Yes, I would like to commend the US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice because she has clearly stated that she would continue to speak out on human rights and political rights cases in Malaysia. Malaysia may have lessons to learn from the American experience.

It is not about USA interfering in the internal or external matters of another nation. The goal of USA should be to ensure freedom for herself. In order to ensure freedom for herself, the USA should continue to promote freedom world wide. If the world falls under dictatorships, then one day USA would remain as the only nation with freedom in this planet. This would be a dangerous phenomenon because before long USA too would succumb to a dictatorship. Thus it is in the best interests of USA to continue to promote freedom, multi party political system, one person one vote, and an independent judiciary world wide; and the USA should be unapologetic.

Many nations have lessons to learn from the American experience. While USA outlawed slavery in 1863, only in August 2007 did the Islamic Republic of Mauritania finally outlaw slavery; and she outlawed slavery because of international pressure, mostly from Western nations. There are parts of North Africa where Arabs still own Black slaves, even today. Likewise, in India, where slavery is outlawed, there are still slaves, even today. Yes, many nations have a lot to learn from the American experience. Likewise, there will be no free ride for USA too; she has to live up to the expectations of those who see USA as the champion of liberal values.

well, sadly, malaysia won't allow the united states to interfer with their internal affairs although there are some major issues which needs to be corrected and amended. I'm sure they will be watching closely on the government on how they would tackle this recent issue.

This has to be the dumbest remark I've ever read for today... Gosh... how old are u? 5?

I swear, there should be an enforceable law to prevent retards like u from ever accessing the internet and writing crap like this.. it really doesn't cast a good light towards your already heavily scrutinised nation...

USA is a literate first world country.. they have technologies, they have scholars, and for god damnit, they sure can read and see for themselves the political struggles in M'sia.. they don't need ppl to act as a spy.. and in case u forget, there's a USA embassy in M'sia... their ppl planted in your own country...

And u think, singapore ain't got anything better to do, besides taking down notes of the drama and reporting to USA.... dumb dumb dumb...

Lastly, what nightmare has Dr M impose on us??? What nightmare??? We're in the nightmare or are you guys still chasing shadows??? Grow up for pete's sake... if u wanna post, post something rational and sensible...

Human rights in USA are far than perfect and this coming from the Admin that lied about WMD!

Maybe USA should pay more attention to Guantanamo Bay, Mexico, health care, mortgage meltdown, voting machine and Iraq.

How is it possible to accept the fake reality and bogus advice from the country that promotes hate and discriminate the minorities from hundreds of years right up to the current days?I have worked with the so called 'oppoturnity for every body' company ,the biggest in the world,General Electric for merely 10 years, without given any chances to reach the 'real' corporate executive level as we are just 'being bought' and considered outsiders (extra-continental)while the fade colored from your so called 'land of freedom' keep on coming here and went back as better position. While working side by side, meeting dan solving problems I realized not much diffrentiated us as talent.
Where you state that you had came along way,and never to look back.,please justify your actions towards Vietnam in the 70s, where you experimented the locals like monkeys spraying Napalm and what not. Then remember what the boxer Ali told your president,I wont waste my time fighting poor peoples when he declined to be troopers. Then the war on Iraq that was still not justified and the current wave that succumbed all us down to the buttock of economic inflation. We are also proud of our own history Uncle Sam.If you remember we fought the communist together in the 60's and now the left-over next gen had won an island from us recently. But atleast they never interfear in our religious matter.Dont try to be a hero when we all knows your true color!
