The OSCE Council of Foreign Ministers did not adopt its main paper - Political statement on Dec. 2 as a result of its 17th meeting in Athens, Trend News reports. The meeting participants could not come to a consensus because of disagreements on one of the main points of the draft statement - including the Treaty on Conventional Armed Forces in Europe in the document.
