These war criminals from USA and Great Britain: Bush, Blair, Browne, Cheney, Petreous an their military pals should be charged with genocide and crime against humanity. Crime against humanity is crime against humanity and all politicians and soldiers should be equal in the face of international law. US troops and politicians murdered much more people in Iraq and Afghanistan during 7 years of their invasion and agression than these soudanese officials during 25 years, so lamentable hypocrisy of USA is really striking. USA, EU have no rights to charge somebody with genocide being involved completely in genocide and war crimes. And justice for all.

Hate to tell you but Israel is a member of the United Nations. And your crazy hard-line president calling for Israel to be "wiped off the map" is just hollow gibberish.

Darfur is the real topic here and the situation is far far worse there as there is a campaign against there own people the International Criminal Court charged Sudan's President Omar Hassan al Bashir with genocide Monday.

America with its strong ties with Ethiopia, used Ethiopia as a base to move its military madness south into Somalia, It’s clearly the same madness is driven north into the southern parts of Sudan.

U.S. interests are heavily involved in the entire region. Chad, which is directly west of Darfur, last year participated in a U.S.-organized international military exercise that, according to the U.S. Defense Depart meant, was the largest in Africa since World War II. Chad is a former French colony, and both French and U.S. forces are heavily involved in funding, training and equipping the army of its military ruler, Idriss Deby, who has supported rebel groups in Darfur.

In 2004 more than $20 million worth of US government contracts were awarded to US firm Dynacorp to operate in Darfur in support of the AU mission. Dynacorp runs a security operation in Afghanistan for the US government.

Feb 28, 2006 the Sadan tribunal reported that The US has a plan for a Base in southern Sudan. It reported that "The Southern Sudan Defence Force (SSDF) has warned the government of Southern Sudan of dire consequences, if it agrees to a plan by the USA to set up a military base in the region to protect the oil fields."

And so it is clear case - US officials are responsible for genocide in Darfur. They should be charged with genocide. It is really very sorry and painful to be American. Saying truly US officials are responsible or directly involved in every posssible crime against humanity, genocide and war crimes all over the world. When will these people be charged?

Maybe so maybe not still Omar Hassan al-Bashir is a criminal according to chief prosecutor, Luis Moreno-Ocampo of Argentina.
It's a deliberate campaign says the International Criminal Court and i will believe them before i would believe you.
You don't like it because they are Islamists that impose that unjust sharia law that you support.

Sudan has not ratified the Rome Statute that enact the International Criminal Court. Omar Hassan al-Bashir has always believed that sum nations that have not signed the ICC statue are seeking to use the ICC to wage war on this government and for this reason didn’t support the ICC.

The Bush Administration is in opposition to ratifying the Rome Statute and joining the ICC. Although they have toned down there rhetoric since the departure of John Bolton

Former United States Ambassador to the United Nations John Bolton said
http://www.state.gov/t/us/rm/15158.htm
“For a number of reasons, the United States decided that the ICC had unacceptable consequences for our national sovereignty. Specifically, the ICC is an organization whose precepts go against fundamental American notions of sovereignty, checks and balances, and national independence. It is an agreement that is harmful to the national interests of the United States, and harmful to our presence abroad”

Dear Readers,

Internet censorship exists in Iran, as it does in many other parts of the world, especially in the Middle East.

But it has recently become another pretext for the United States and its allies to further demonise and delegitimise the government of Iran.

Despite all problems and challenges, I believe that Islamic Republic is a legitimate, sovereign and democratic system and I reject any attempts to participate in such nasty demonising campaigns, which ultimately try to justify the Western intervention.

I believe that Internet censorship is an internal problem and the only way to solve it should also come and develop from within. Taking such efforts beyond Iran and into the international scene will benefit the American politicians more than the Iranian internet users.
