First of all I would say congratulation of the EU if they allow this.

First of all about Mr. Benes (I cannot link the Wiki here, since there's a special slavic accent in his name (mekceny) and the topix does not allow to link such):
But a qoute from wikipedia about Benes:
"Although not a Communist, Beneš was also on friendly terms with Stalin. In 1943 he signed the entente between Czechoslovakia and the Soviet Union. According to British writer Nigel West's book on the Venona project, Edvard Beneš was Soviet spy codename "19".

I think I should not comment the person further.

I will copy also from wiki english translations a couple of decree, it is a clear prejudice, it does not nedd to be commented further:

"Decree of the President of the Republic of July 20, 1945 concerning the settlement of Czech, Slovak or other Slavic farmers on the agricultural land of Germans, Hungarians and other enemies of the state"

"Decree of the President of the Republic of May 19, 1945 concerning the invalidity of some transactions involving property rights from the time of lack of freedom and concerning the National Administration of property assets of Germans, Hungarians, traitors and collaborators and of certain organizations and associations"

"Constitutional decree of the President of the Republic on August 2, 1945 concerning modification of Czechoslovak citizenship of persons of German and Hungarian ethnicity"

And so on.

These are the decrees what we want to save and bring together with the constitution of the EU???
