- Port issues 'cease and desist' order to Guam Shipyard
The Port Authority of Guam has issued a 'Cease and Desist' letter to the Guam Shipyard notifying them that they are not to handle any commercial cargo operations as per Guam Code Annotated, according to a press release from the Port Authority.
