Spanish minister set to make historic visit to Gibraltar - first since Britain took control of Rock in 1704 By Daily Mail Reporter Last updated at 12:56 PM on 20th July 2009 Spain's foreign minister is set to make a historic visit to Gibraltar tomorrow following a diplomatic row over territorial waters.
