The problem is that murderers like this came/come to Germany/Europe to seek asylum, claiming they face torture in Turkey (in former times, the death penalty).

"Good people" [sic] that we/Europeans are with our laws, we take these murderers in.

I hope that this guy will be given over to the Turkish authorities. He is state-less, however, and I do not know what the law says in the case.
