very inspiring article but lets combat corruption first because that is only 1 of the main problem in ET.

WOW ... Is it true that 90 percent population lives from 1.15 million people from ET,$1.50 generate only dollars a day??

How could be the most advanced countries in southeast asia?

That's true! We need to combat rampant corruption at any cost, before thinking of being one of asian's economy miracle.

AMP government needs to pull out all the stops to drag those involved in corruption cases to trial regardless of their political background.

Public is running out of patient to see government taking firm measures to deal with corruption.

I like this article and I support Pires so much because I believe that she can contribute a lot of good things for TIMOR.
Why is it impossible to make miracle in south east asia? We have to have spirit to dream before we exercise this dream.

our leaders must be well equipped which sensitivity,when they made a publics acknowledgement this and that is a kind of promise to the people they must be aware of that because people are waiting for to it not just sounds it out but there must an action and in the end there is no miracle thing happen like of suggustion ET to joining OECD so called countries rich clubs well that will the dream but for now ET simply not ready yet is something beyond the reach as our people still fighting to live and our city still in a huge messy we must look after our people first give them better education, jobs and clean our city that when you go out to the publics look around hardly indentify who is rich and poor look a like they all millioners in the eye then ET is ready to join OECD...so you are right publics have a right to express their anger and loose patient on the leaders who like sound it out but no action...

I am on the same ship as Pires has like of capitalist and competition is the good thing to plant this philosophy to young people, in a sense that people who hard work will get more then the lazy one will get less but for sure she must transform her dream into each of every timorese so that they can have dream the same way as her.

I like the ET leader who has a big dream, but whether it will become a reality?
Speech from Pires will get people to ET for more demanding.

AMP led by Maun Bo'ot Kay Rala Xanana is moving on the right track. The only blind spot is uncertainty about trial against corruption cases.

Emilia Pires was right to emphasising her her dream, theres nothing wrong for someone to drawing her dream, she is 1 of the decision makers in ET, so i guess she is well aware of her statement,that her agument will challenged by her colleagues at work and by the publics at large, whether her ideas were match the current situation is yet to be judged by publics? some her argument were brilliant, despaite some of them were what I called it as an inappropriate statement so she should keep it low profile....

you and your friend kodok were in same line next time bring some fruitfull argument,whether your guys won't questioning her leadership is up to you but not angainst her dream...everyone have dream even orang utan alias (kingkong) also have dream...sheerup
