West Papua deserves to be free.

Enough of the killings, rapes, tortures, enforced disappearances, oppression by a foreign invader.

Sooner or later the world will have to wake up and hear the plight of the West Papuans.

DILI - A Brazilian man has been arrested for the alleged sexual assault of three underage girls in East Timor, an embassy official said Thursday.

Police have been tight-lipped about the arrest, but Dili public prosecutor Vicente Fernandes e Brito said the unidentified man's passport had been seized.

The embassy of Brazil confirmed the June 12 arrest of a Brazilian man on child sex charges in Dili, but gave no further comment.

We are trying to be as objective as possible, presenting all necessary information on various organisations, organs or groups, campaign offices as well as centres and support groups around the world campaigning for Papua Merdeka.

TPN/OPM Serahkan Diri
Ditulis oleh Loi/Papos
Jumat, 10 Juli 2009 00:00

are peoples dislike australian?, read this news:

An Australian man has been shot dead near Freeport McMoran mine in Papua.
It's understood the man was on his way to a golf game when he was killed by a single bullet from surrounding hills.
Indonesia's National Police spokesman Nanan Soekarna says the Australian was on his way to a golf game at about 530 am Saturday morning when the attack occurred.
The victim, described as a technical expert at Freeport mine, was killed by a single shot in the neck as he sat in the back of a car carrying 4 other people.
Police believe the shot came from a sniper in the surrounding hills.
The man's body has been taken to a local hospital.

House wants political as well as humanitarian reports on West Papua
Posted on 08 July 2009
Tags: vol 28 no 29 | July 11 - July 17
In response to a West Papua national consensus, the U.S. House of Representatives passed a legislative statement, during the second week of June, calling for reports on the Indonesian government’s involvement in the province. Full legislation is going to the U.S. Senate for consideration.

The U.S. State Department is now required to form a report on the 1969 Act of Free Choice developed in Indonesia, as well as the extent to which the Indonesian government has involved West Papuans in national leadership. A second report will need to describe how the government has halted human rights violations in the province.

“This bill demonstrates that the House of Representatives takes Papual concerns seriously and Jakarta should also,” said West Papua Advocacy Team (WPAT) member Ed McWilliams.

The West Papuan National Consensus noted,“The Indonesian government policy toward West Papua has been, and continues to be, a failure.” It appealed to the International Community’s recognition of the political strife that is occurring in the nation.

“[Papuans] want an internationally facilitated dialogue with Jakarta,[Indonesia] to address vital issues, including demilitarization, an end to intimidation, and the right to self-determination,” McWilliams said.

Waitomo,

This is what is going to make all the difference to the West Papuan struggle for independence.

When the US and the rest of the world start paying more attention and taking more interest in this way it means that change in international politics is coming.

Anyone who looks closely at the so called "1969 Act of Free Choice" will conclude that there was no free choice whatsoever.

Therefore the West Papuan should be given a real opportunity to choose their own destiny in a REFERENDUM where the system is "One Person, One Vote" and not like what happened in 1969 when a small group of selected 'representatives' voted for integration under the watchful eye of Indonesian soldiers armed to the teeth.

Thanks for pasting the news here.
This is VERY GOOD NEWS for West Papua!!!

Daily Horoscope for December 31

Capricorn

A certain person is strong-willed with the Full Moon in your emotional house of others. It's a lunar eclipse too, so this could lead to some ructions in which everyone becomes firmly entrenched in their own opinions and refuses to acknowledge anyone else's point of view. Get the arguments out of the way early on, so you can then concentrate on having a really enjoyable New Year's Eve.
