SSD wants to narrow opt-out to property rights

The Czech Social Democrats will want the agreed Czech opt-out from the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights approved by an EU summit to only relate to property rights if they win the elections next year, party leader Jiri Paroubek said in a press release Saturday.
