As a male I love the female body but there is a proper place for "showing" and a place to be descrete. In a university study environment a scantly clad female can be a terrible distraction to study. So to wear provocative clothes there might not be the best place. Still all this seems terribly over blown and unnecessarily harsh. Live and let live, she was not hurting anyone, let her be.
