Provided that the recall vote is honest, and in light of all the internal strife, this sounds like a fair and generous offer made to all Bolivians. Yes or no. Evo stays or Evo goes. Let's see what the Bolivian body politic decides and what the losing side does.

Actually Bob, they can't leave any more than California could leave the United States or individual Californians could declare their property autonomous or independent from their city, county, state or the United States. Are you able to understand why that is?

It sounds like you have no respect for Bolivia's laws or maybe even law in general. Do you only respect and obey the law when it suits your purpose or when it is convenient? Do you have a criminal record?
