This is incontrovertible proof of the inability of the Negro man to manage a complex modern society. Indeed, the case could be made that this is nothing short of genocide. As such, the power should be placed in the hands of the more evolved races of man in order to save the vile and villainous Negro from himself. It truly is the humane thing to do. If turning over control of the country to Whites is unpalatable to the Negro (which it most assuredly is), then import a different more highly evolved race such as Northeast Asians to run things.
