Meles: Consent of parties on election code of conduct makes full-fledged democratic election

Addis Ababa, October 30, 2009 - Chairperson of the Ethiopian People's Revolutionary Democratic Front Meles Zenawi said the agreement signed by four political parties is binding for contesting parties to make the upcoming election fair and democratic.
