The demise of another WNBA franchise, the Sacramento Monarchs, will be official as of Monday when their players will be distributed to the remaining 11 teams in another dispersal draft.

The WNBA's owners are meeting in New York today and the top item on their agenda may be something none of them want to consider - the end of another franchise.
