    DEPUTY chairman of the current Board of Governors of the University of Trinidad and Tobago Kwasi Mutema, Minister of State in the Ministry of Works and Infrastructure, yesterday testified that while the board in July 2012, took a decision to commence legal action against former president Ken Julien and five former directors, it was the Office of the Attorney General which had conduct over the legal action. Mutema said the forensic team of auditors investigating alleged corruption and questionable dealings at the UTT included attorneys Gerald Ramdeen and Varun Debideen, both of whom also represent the university in the case now before the courts.
