    A toxicology report on former U.S. Olympic bobsledder Steven Holcomb showed he had alcohol and sleeping pills in his system when he was found dead in his bed at the Olympic Training Center in Lake Placid, New York, on May 6. According to documents obtained by the Associated Press' Tim Reynolds , the toxicology report confirmed Holcomb had a blood-alcohol level of 0.188 and ingested a high dosage of the sleeping aid Lunesta prior to his death. "Steven's passing is a tragedy and we are devastated to lose him," Holcomb's family said in a statement, per Reynolds.
