    Turn on the Bright Lights is is an extremely solid record. This may be an obvious thing to say for a record that a band is playing big outdoor arenas in celebration of its fifteenth anniversary, and is generally regarded as a classic of the early-'00s NYC indie explosion, but I hadn't listened to Interpol 's debut front-to-back in a long time.

    Interpol announced that they would embark on a world tour for "Turn On The Bright Light's" 15th anniversary at the beginning of the year, and so it's been a slow but exhilarating build up to the show tonight, at the Carroponte in Milan Italy, for me and like minded fans. The touring band still has the essence of the band who made the album with Paul Banks , Daniel Kessler , Sam Fogarino still present along with new members Brad Truax and Brandon Curtis .
