    Close to 20 bands, including some pioneering rock 'n' rollers, will perform for an anticipated 1,000 concertgoers at the MOOD music festival, formerly known as the Oswegatchie Delta Music Festival, slated for July 17, 18 and 19 next to Hosmer's Marina at 54 River St. "We had about 700 people last year, and we're hoping for 1,000 this year," event organizer Pat Duffy said, adding that MOOD stands for "Music On the Oswegatchie Delta." The headlining act is Blue Coupe, which includes founding members of Blue Oyster Cult Joe Bouchard and Albert Bouchard, along with original Alice Cooper bassist Dennis Dunaway.
