Governor Sandoval will participate in the 19th Annual Nevada Law Enforcement Memorial Ceremony in Carson City at 12:00 p.m. The service will honor the 129 Nevada Law Enforcement Officers who have been killed in the line of duty since 1861, including Carson City Deputy Sheriff Carl Howell.
