    A 44-YEAR-OLD man who breached a suspended sentence by having two knives in a Paignton park told a court he had 'no idea' he was committing a further offence. Milos Urbancik, of Garfield Road, Paignton, appeared at Exeter Crown Court on Thursday having pleaded guilty to having two kitchen knives with him in Victoria Park on Sunday, July 24. Prosecuting, Brian Fitzherbert told the court that on this date at 5.15pm, a Torbay Council CCTV operator reported to the police that a man was trying to cut himself with a blade.
