Daphne Sharp and Elaine Dunlop will be awarded the British Citizen Award for their services to the community at a special ceremony in London on July 7. Daphne, 67, and Elaine, 62, set up the Monthly Alzehimer's Support Evenings in 2009 following the death of Daphne's 61-year-old brother, who had lived with the condition.
