    North East Lincolnshire Council is owed A 145,621.81 in business rates from two companies, Orangepith Ltd and MCM Trading Ltd, both of which dissolved in the last three years, with debts of A 56,050.02 and A 89,571.79 respectively. The council's Cabinet has been recommended by officers to write these debts off because there is very little chance of the council ever receiving payment for these outstanding business rates, as both of the former companies are no longer trading, and have no further dividends to pay creditors.
