He was remanded in custody to appear at Mansfield Magistrates' Court via video link on April 27. Blidworth: David Steele, 28, of Harlow Street, was fined A 25 after admitting driving using a hand-held mobile phone in Porchester Road, Mapperley, on May 14. At Mansfield Magistrates' Court, Steele was ordered to pay a A 20 victim surcharge and A 85 costs.
