Richard Robert Ward , of West Street, Leicester, pleaded guilty to producing a quantity of cannabis in Leicester on March 21. He was committed to prison for 16 weeks, suspended for 12 months, and ordered to pay an A 80 victim surcharge and A 120 costs.
