    A 28-year-old married man from Earl Shilton, who took a photograph of a couple of lovers in the back seat of a car in Smithy Lane, Burbage, was fined 20 when he appeared before Hinckley magistrates yesterday on a charge of using threatening behaviour likely to cause a breach of the peace, writes The Hinckley TImes in April 1967. He pleaded guilty to the charge and also to the theft of a pair of binoculars belonging to some person unknown, and for this he was fined 5. Inspector James Willett told the court that about 11.15 on the night of 24th March, a 22-year-old Nuneaton man was on the back seat of the car with his girlfriend.
