    Bideford and Appledore crews were called to the derelict building in Clovelly Road at around 1.40am and immediately asked for another fire engine from Torrington and the aerial platform from Barnstaple to attend. The fire was put out at around 4.25am, with a fire investigation officer asked to attend today to determine the cause of the fire.
