    TUCSON, AZ - The Tucson Police Department has released the name of the man who died from his injuries after a crash involving his motorcycle and another on Dec. 2. According to the TPD news release, 35-year-old Jeremy Teeter had been transported to Banner University Medical Center for treatment of his life-threatening injuries. Sadly Teeter died from those injuries on Dec. 9. TPD officers from Operations Midtown were called at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 2, for the report of a serious injury crash in midtown near North Arcadia Avenue and East 4th Street that involved two motorcycles.

    TUCSON, AZ - The man accused of sexually assaulting a woman while she was pushing her child in a stroller in Tucson last year has been convicted on several charges. A Pima County Superior Court spokesperson confirmed Abraham Antonio Garcia was found guilty of sexual assault, aggravated assault and kidnapping on Thursday, Dec. 14. Authorities said Garcia sexually assaulted the woman in March 2016.

The Tucson Police Department said Marco Herrera, 26, kidnapped his mother Concepcion Fuentes, 61, at gunpoint around 2:30 p.m. Fuentes was located Friday morning, but the TPD is still looking for Herrera, who should be considered armed and dangerous.
