    TUCSON, AZ - The reward for information on the death of a Tucson man who was beaten to death outside of a convenience store in 2011 has gone up from $1,000 to $2,500, according to the local advocacy and support group Homicide Survivors, Inc. Robert Pena, 53, was assaulted at the Circle K convenience store near Valencia and South Sixth in April 2011. He later died at the hospital due to his injuries.

    TUCSON, AZ - A jury convicted Norman Burt Beverly of one count of sexual conduct with a minor under 15 and one count of child molestation on Friday, April 14. This new conviction comes after Beverly was charged with two counts of sexual conduct with a minor under fifteen and two counts of child molestation in 2000, within a year of the original charges he fled to Mexico where he remained for 15 years. In 2015 he was arrested and brought back to Tucson to stand trial.

    TUCSON, AZ - The Tucson man accused of performing illegal plastic surgery procedures in his home has pleaded guilty to 28 felony charges. Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich made the announcement on Friday, April 21, saying Gustavo Nunez will be sentenced in Pima County Superior Court on Aug. 7. Seven victims had procedures done by Nunez between 2012 and 2014.
